Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method
We use USPS standard shipping for all domestic orders. All shipments include tracking, which will be provided to you once your package is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on standard USPS rates according to your delivery location and package weight. These costs are added to the final purchase total.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time after shipping typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and USPS delivery schedules.
Please note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, SwimmersBlockBar is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues).
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with USPS and work with you to resolve the issue.
Compliance with New Jersey Law
In accordance with New Jersey Consumer Protection laws, we provide clear, upfront shipping costs and ensure shipment within the stated timeframe. If delays occur, customers will be notified promptly with the option to cancel the order if shipping extends beyond 30 days, per N.J.A.C. § 13:45A-2.6.
